China Lights By Day

Today I took a little break from studying and around-the-house chores (and plain old trying to recover from COVID…my energy is GONE!) and walked around the beautiful Boerner Botanical Gardens and their China Lights Lanterns in Wonderland. Now, during the day the lanterns are not illuminated. However, they are still big and beautiful and colorful and every bit awesome in the sunlight. AND, for $7 per person my wife and I had the place to ourselves!!! There was barely anyone there! Honestly, nighttime China Lights crowds can be HUGE and can sometimes drive me NUTZ! And, as the evening admission fee is a bit BIG perhaps going during the day ain’t too bad??? Well, here’s a little smattering of photos. Lighting wasn’t great for me to capture MOST of the lanterns (there are WAY more lanterns that I didn’t take pictures of today) but, well, I think what I did capture today ain’t bad. Enjoy!😊
